Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 27, 2026 Last Updated: April 27, 2026

These Supplemental Terms of Service ("Signal Terms") govern your use of Redrob Signal ("Signal" or the "Signal Platform"), a cricket prediction game platform operated by Redrob Inc. ("Redrob"). These Signal Terms supplement and are incorporated into the Redrob Terms of Service ("General Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings given
in the General Terms.

BY ACCESSING OR USING REDROB SIGNAL, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY BOTH THESE SIGNAL TERMS AND THE GENERAL TERMS.

  1. Nature of the Service

1.1 Prediction Game

Redrob Signal is a prediction game platform that allows Users to make predictions on cricket matches and events using internal scoring units (referred to within Signal as "Points" and described in further detail in Section 3 below). Signal is designed for entertainment, engagement, and skill development purposes. Signal provides users with an environment to test their analytical skills and cricket knowledge.

1.2 Classification under PROGA

Redrob Signal is not a gambling, betting, or wagering platform. Signal operates as an "online social game" within the meaning of the Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025 ("PROGA"). The free-to-play prediction gameplay on Signal does not involve staking of money or "other stakes" as defined under PROGA. Users participate using Points granted by Redrob at no cost, and are not required to pay money to place predictions. Predictions on Signal are skill-based determinations of cricket match outcomes, and the Platform’s scoring, ranking, and reward mechanics are designed accordingly.

1.3 Points as In-Platform Units

Within Signal, internal scoring units are referred to as "Points." Points are not cryptocurrency, digital currency, e-money, stored value, or any form of financial instrument. Points are an internal scoring and engagement mechanism, functionally equivalent to game points or loyalty scores. Points allocated to Users upon registration or through promotional activities are provided at no cost and do not represent a deposit, purchase, or investment of any kind. Points have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into cash or any other form of legal tender by Users.

1.4 Paid Features and Premium Access

Redrob may, from time to time, offer optional Paid Services within Signal, such as subscription plans, premium access tiers, or enhanced features ("Signal Premium"). Any such Paid Services shall be clearly identified, separately priced, and governed by terms communicated at the time of purchase. Payment of a subscription or access fee for Signal Premium constitutes a service fee for enhanced platform access and does not constitute a wager, stake, or deposit within the meaning of PROGA or any other applicable law. Participation in the core free-to-play prediction game shall remain available without payment.

1.5 Promotional Rewards

Redrob may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional programs under which eligible Users may receive rewards, including rewards with monetary value, based on their engagement, performance, or other criteria. Such rewards are promotional incentives provided unilaterally by Redrob and are not winnings derived from any wager, stake, or contractual entitlement on the part of Users. Eligibility for any cash-denominated reward program may require identity verification (KYC), tax-related disclosures, and compliance with applicable program-specific

terms. The mechanics of currently active promotional cash reward programs are set forth in Section 4 below. Redrob reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any reward program at any time, including the structure, amount, frequency, and eligibility criteria of any reward.

1.6 Dual-Track Reward Architecture

The Signal Platform operates a dual-track reward architecture comprising two functionally and legally distinct components:

(a) Points. Points are in-platform scoring units used to place Picks, participate in Events, complete in-app engagement features, and otherwise interact with the gameplay layer of the Platform. Points are governed by Section 3 of these Signal Terms. Points are not redeemable for cash and do not represent any monetary entitlement.

(b) Cash Track (Promotional Cash Rewards). The Cash Wallet reflects promotional cash rewards granted by Redrob to eligible Users in accordance with specified promotional programs (including the welcome bonus, referral program, and leaderboard reward programs). The Cash Wallet is governed by Section 4 of these Signal Terms.

The two tracks are operationally and legally separate. Points do not convert into cash, and cash does not convert into Points. Eligibility for, calculation of, and qualification thresholds applicable to the two tracks are determined independently. Cash Rewards are unilateral promotional incentives by Redrob and are not derived from, exchanged for, or contingent upon any monetary consideration paid by Users.

  1. Eligibility

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Redrob Signal. By using Signal, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Redrob reserves the right to verify your age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts of Users found to be under the minimum age.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

Redrob Signal is intended for use in India and other jurisdictions where access to the service is not prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Signal complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Redrob may restrict access from certain geographic regions at its discretion.

2.3 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not permitted to use Signal: (a) persons under 18 years of age; (b) employees, directors, or agents of Redrob and their immediate family members, except in connection with internal testing as authorized by Redrob; (c) any person prohibited by applicable law from participating in prediction games or similar activities.

  1. Point System

3.1 Point Issuance

Redrob grants each new registered User an initial allocation of Points upon completion of the sign-up process. The initial allocation amount is determined by Redrob and may be adjusted from time to time. Additional Points may be earned through gameplay (including Event payouts), the daily card draw mechanic, the reward box mechanic, referrals, and other promotional activities as determined by Redrob from time to time. All Points issued under this Section are provided at no cost to the User.

3.2 Points Use

Points may be used solely within the Signal Platform for the following purposes: (a) placing Picks on Events in preset increments; (b) participating in Point-denominated leaderboards and challenges; (c) such other in-Platform uses as Redrob may introduce from time to time. Points have no use, value, or function outside the Signal Platform.

3.3 No External Trading of Points

Points cannot be sold, transferred, traded, gifted, assigned, or exchanged outside the Signal Platform, whether for cash, cryptocurrency, virtual items, or any other consideration. Any attempt to buy, sell, or trade Poinyd outside the Platform constitutes a violation of these Signal Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Point balances and Cash Wallet balances.

3.4 No Conversion Between Points and Cash

Points are not convertible into cash, and cash is not convertible into Points, under any circumstances. The Point economy and the Cash Wallet operate as independent ledgers. Point balances and Point-denominated payouts (including Event payouts and in-app engagement rewards) reflect in-Platform scoring only and do not give rise to any monetary entitlement against Redrob.

3.5 In-Platform Point Fee

A nominal in-Platform Point fee is deducted from Point-denominated winning payouts as a mechanism to maintain the in-Platform Point economy. This fee is calculated and applied automatically at the time of Point payout. Redrob reserves the right to adjust the in-Platform Point fee rate upon notice. The in-Platform Point fee is not a service fee, brokerage, or commission paid by Users in money, and applies exclusively within the Point economy.

3.5 Point Modification

Redrob reserves the right to modify the Point system at any time, including adjusting Point balances, conversion rates within the Point economy, in-Platform Point fees, issuance amounts, or expiry rules. Redrob shall not be liable for any perceived loss resulting from such modifications, given that Points have no monetary value and are issued at no cost.

3.4 Relationship Between Points and Paid Services

If Redrob introduces Paid Services within Signal, the relationship between Points and Paid Services (including whether Paid Service subscribers receive additional Points or enhanced in-Platform engagement opportunities) will be specified in the terms applicable to those Paid Services. Payment for Paid Services does not convert Points into a financial product, deposit, or stake.

  1. Cash Wallet and Promotional Cash Rewards

4. Cash Wallet and Promotional Cash Rewards

4.1 Cash Wallet Overview

The Cash Wallet is a User-facing ledger that reflects promotional cash rewards ("Cash Rewards") granted by Redrob to the User from time to time pursuant to the promotional programs described in this Section 4 or otherwise communicated by Redrob. The Cash Wallet does not accept deposits or top-ups by Users. Users do not, and cannot, fund the Cash Wallet with their own money. The Cash Wallet balance reflects amounts that Redrob has unilaterally credited to the User as promotional incentives.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

Eligible new Users who complete sign-up may receive a one-time welcome bonus credited to the Cash Wallet, in such amount and subject to such conditions as Redrob may specify from time to time within the Signal user interface. The welcome bonus is a promotional incentive granted at Redrob’s sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time.

4.3 Referral Cash Rewards

Redrob may operate a referral program under which a User who refers a new User to the Platform (the "Referrer") and the new User who joins via the referral (the "Referred User") become eligible for staged Cash Rewards upon completion of specified milestones (such as referral code entry, initial gameplay activity, and sustained engagement over an initial period). The number of milestones, the cash reward amounts associated with each milestone, the eligibility windows, and other mechanics of the referral program shall be specified by Redrob from time to time within the Signal user interface and may be modified, paused, or terminated at any time at Redrob’s sole discretion. Referral Cash Rewards are subject to the anti-fraud and disqualification provisions of Section 7 and the common withdrawal conditions of Sections 4.6 through 4.9. Mission completion under the referral program may additionally trigger an in-Platform reward box that grants Points (and not cash) on a tie based probability basis; such Point rewards are part of the Point Track and are non-refundable once granted.

4.4 Weekly Challenge Cash Rewards

Redrob operates a recurring weekly leaderboard ("Weekly Challenge") during applicable cricket Seasons. Cash Rewards under the Weekly Challenge are determined as follows:

(a) Ranking basis: Event Activity and Point Performance, weighted as specified by Redrob from time to time. The ranking is skill-based and reflects User engagement and prediction accuracy.

(b) Cycle and reset: Each Weekly Challenge runs over a defined weekly cycle. Scores and rankings reset at the end of each cycle.

(c) Entry: Users must affirmatively register for each Weekly Challenge through the in-app challenge banner.

(d) Tiebreaker: Ties are resolved sequentially by accuracy, participation rate, total points, and earlier entry timestamp, or such other tiebreaker rules as Redrob may specify.

(e) Prize structure: A tiered cash prize pool is allocated across rank brackets within the top participants in the leaderboard. The number of brackets, the prize amounts per bracket, and the aggregate weekly prize pool shall be specified by Redrob from time to time within the Signal user interface and may be modified at Redrob’s sole discretion.

Cash Rewards under the Weekly Challenge are credited to the Cash Wallet upon Redrob’s confirmation of final standings, subject to the eligibility, KYC, service fee, and TDS provisions of this Section 4.

4.5 Season Championship Cash Rewards

Redrob operates a season-long leaderboard ("Season Championship") for the duration of each cricket Season designated by Redrob. Cash Rewards under the Season Championship are determined as follows:

(a) Ranking basis: Event Activity and Point Performance, measured cumulatively over the Season and weighted as specified by Redrob. Rankings do not reset within a Season.

(b) Period: The Season Championship period for each Season shall be communicated by Redrob within the Signal user interface.

(c) Entry: Users must affirmatively register for the Season Championship through the in- app challenge banner.

(d) Tiebreaker: Tiebreaker rules are the same as those applicable to the Weekly Challenge, or such other rules as Redrob may specify.

(e) Prize structure: A tiered cash prize pool is allocated across rank brackets within the top participants in the cumulative season leaderboard. The number of brackets, the prize amounts per bracket, and the aggregate season prize pool shall be specified by Redrob from time to time within the Signal user interface and may be modified at Redrob’s sole discretion.

4.6 Identity Verification (KYC) for Cash Withdrawal

To withdraw any portion of the Cash Wallet balance, Users must complete identity verification (KYC) through the methods designated by Redrob, which currently include verification through PAN and Aadhaar (offline verification). KYC is required (a) to confirm User identity for the purpose of fraud prevention; (b) to satisfy applicable tax compliance requirements (including the deduction of tax at source as set forth in Section 4.8); and (c) to comply with applicable regulatory requirements. The collection and processing of PAN and Aadhaar data are governed

by separate consent forms incorporated into the Privacy Policy.

4.7 Service Fee for the Cash Payout Solution

Redrob has built and maintains a proprietary cash payout solution comprising payment-rail integrations, identity verification infrastructure, anti-fraud monitoring systems, and tax compliance administration (the "Cash Payout Solution"). To enable Users to convert Cash Wallet balances into externally-disbursed funds, Redrob makes the Cash Payout Solution available to Users on a fee basis.

A service fee for the use of the Cash Payout Solution (the "Service Fee") shall be deducted from the gross withdrawal amount at the time of payout. The Service Fee is consideration paid by the User to Redrob for the User’s use of the Cash Payout Solution. The Service Fee compensates Redrob for the operational costs of maintaining and providing the Cash Payout Solution, including (without limitation) payment gateway and banking-rail charges, KYC verification costs, anti-fraud and chargeback-prevention systems, tax computation and

reporting infrastructure, and customer support.

The Service Fee is a commercial fee for a platform service provided by Redrob and is not, and shall not be construed as, a deduction from any wager, stake, pool, prize fund, or other money contributed by Users. Users do not contribute any money to a pool on the Signal Platform; Cash Rewards are unilateral promotional incentives granted by Redrob using Redrob’s own funds. The Service Fee is computed as a percentage of the gross withdrawal amount solely as a commercial pricing convention reflecting the Cash Payout Solution’s utilization, in the same manner as a payment processor or payout-as-a-service provider commonly prices its services.

The applicable Service Fee rate shall be specified by Redrob within the Signal user interface and may be adjusted from time to time upon notice to Users. The Service Fee is distinct from, and shall not be confused with, the in-Platform Point fee referred to in Section 3.5 (which applies

exclusively within the Point economy).

4.8 Tax Deduction at Source (TDS)

4.8.1 Compliance Posture. As a conservative tax compliance measure, and notwithstanding Signal’s classification as an "online social game" under PROGA, Redrob shall deduct tax at source at the rate of thirty percent (30%) on Net Winnings (as defined below) paid in cash to Users, in accordance with Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the "IT Act"), and the rules made thereunder (including Rule 133 of the Income Tax Rules, 1962). The deduction shall be applied automatically at the time of withdrawal or at such other time as required under the IT Act.

4.8.2 Independence of Tax and Regulatory Classifications. Section 194BA of the IT Act applies to "online games" as defined for tax purposes, which is a fiscal classification independent of, and not coextensive with, the regulatory classification of an underlying activity under PROGA, the Public Gambling Act, 1867, or any state-level gaming or betting legislation. The application of Section 194BA to Cash Rewards distributed on the Signal Platform is undertaken solely as a tax compliance measure. Such deduction does not constitute, and shall not be construed as, an admission, characterization, or acknowledgment by Redrob that Signal is a betting, wagering, gambling, money-staking, or fantasy sports platform, or that Cash Rewards are "winnings" from any such activity in any sense other than the specific fiscal definition under Section 194BA.

4.8.3 Computation of Net Winnings. "Net Winnings" shall be computed in accordance with Rule 133 of the Income Tax Rules, 1962, on the basis of amounts withdrawn or otherwise made available to the User during the relevant period, less applicable non-taxable components recognized under the rule. Because Users do not deposit money into the Cash Wallet, the non-taxable deposit component for Net Winnings computation will, in the ordinary course, be zero.

4.8.4 TDS Certificate and Filing. Redrob shall issue a TDS certificate (Form 16A or such other applicable form) reflecting the tax deducted, and shall report the deduction to the Income Tax Department in the User’s name against the User’s PAN. Users are solely responsible for filing their own income tax returns, claiming credit for tax deducted, and discharging any additional tax liability applicable to them. Redrob does not provide tax advice, and Users are encouraged to consult their own tax advisors.

4.8.5 Adjustment for Regulatory Change. If at any time the rate or computation of TDS applicable to Cash Rewards is amended by statute, regulation, or notification of the Central Board of Direct Taxes, Redrob shall apply the amended rate or computation prospectively, and shall provide notice to Users of any material change.

4.9 Withdrawal Procedure and Conditions

Withdrawals from the Cash Wallet are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC; (b) deduction of the Service Fee under Section 4.7; (c) deduction of TDS under Section 4.8; (d) compliance by the User with these Signal Terms, the General Terms, and the Privacy Policy; and (e) any minimum withdrawal threshold, withdrawal frequency limits, and supported payout instruments specified by Redrob in the Signal user interface from time to time. Redrob reserves the right to delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal request pending investigation of suspected fraud, manipulation, or breach of these Signal Terms.

4.10 Promotional Nature; Discretion

Cash Rewards are unilateral promotional incentives offered by Redrob in its sole discretion. No User has, or shall be deemed to have, any contractual right, accrued entitlement, or proprietary interest in any Cash Reward except to the extent that such Cash Reward has been validly

credited to the User’s Cash Wallet in accordance with the applicable program terms and these Signal Terms. Redrob reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Cash Reward program at any time, subject only to honoring Cash Rewards that have already been validly

credited to a User’s Cash Wallet at the time of such modification.

  1. Events and Prediction

5. Events and Predictions

5.1 Events

Signal offers prediction events ("Events") related to cricket matches and tournaments. Each Event specifies the prediction topic, available options, and applicable rules. Redrob is the sole authority on Event creation, modification, and resolution.

5.2 Picks

Users may place predictions ("Picks") on Events by selecting an option and allocating Points from preset amounts as specified within the Signal user interface. Each User may place only one Pick per Event. Picks may be modified or cancelled only while the Event status is "Open." Once an Event status changes to "Closed," all Picks are locked and cannot be changed. Picks are placed exclusively in Points; cash cannot be allocated to a Pick.

5.3 Scoring Factors and Point Payouts

Signal uses a parimutuel scoring model in which the relative Point payout factor for each option is determined by the total pool of Picks on each option. Payout factors displayed at the time of placing a Pick are indicative only. Final Point payouts are calculated based on the pool distribution at the time the Event is resolved. Users acknowledge that actual Point returns may differ from those displayed at the time of placing a Pick.

5.4 Event Resolution

Redrob shall determine the outcome of each Event based on official match results or other authoritative sources as determined by Redrob in its sole discretion. Redrob’s determination of Event outcomes is final and binding.

5.5 Event Cancellation (Void)

In the event of match cancellation, abandonment, or other circumstances that prevent resolution, Redrob may void the Event. When an Event is voided, all Points allocated on that Event shall be refunded in full to the respective Users, and no in-Platform Point fee shall be charged.

5.6 Dispute Resolution for Events

Redrob’s decision on Event outcomes, Point distributions, and any related matters shall be final and not subject to appeal. Users waive any right to challenge Event outcomes except in cases of manifest error. In the case of manifest error, Users may submit a dispute within 48 hours of

Event resolution by contacting support@redrob.io.

  1. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the prohibited conduct set forth in the General Terms, you shall not:
(a) Use any form of collusion, manipulation, or coordinated activity to influence Event outcomes, leaderboard rankings, Point pool distributions, or Cash Reward eligibility.

(b) Exploit any bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Signal Platform for unfair advantage.

(c) Attempt to create or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to place Picks, complete in-app engagement features, accrue leaderboard scores, or interact with Events.

(d) Engage in match-fixing, insider information trading, or any activity that undermines the integrity of Events.

(e) Transfer, sell, or attempt to monetize Points or Account credentials outside the Platform.

(f) Misuse the referral system by creating fake, duplicate, or otherwise inauthentic accounts; sharing referral codes through prohibited channels; or engaging in fraudulent referral activity.

(g) Submit false or fraudulent KYC documents, or use the identity documents of any person other than yourself.

(h) Access or attempt to access Signal from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

  1. Fair Play and Integrity

Redrob is committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable experience for all Users. Redrob employs monitoring systems to detect fraudulent, manipulative, or suspicious activity. Redrob reserves the right to investigate and take action against any User suspected of violating the fair play principles, including suspending or terminating accounts, voiding Picks, disqualifying Users from leaderboards, withholding or recovering Cash Rewards already credited or paid, and confiscating Points. Decisions of Redrob in respect of fair play and integrity matters are final.

  1. Data Collection and Behavioral Analytics

8. Data Collection and Behavioral Analytics

8.1 Data Collection

By using Signal, you acknowledge and consent to the collection of data relating to your usage of the Platform, including but not limited to: prediction patterns, timing data, session data, device information, engagement metrics, and interaction data ("Usage Data"). This data is collected for the purposes of improving the Services, personalizing user experience, conducting research and analytics, and developing products.

8.2 Behavioral Analytics

Redrob may analyze Usage Data to develop behavioral profiles, risk assessments, and analytical models ("Behavioral Data Products"). Such analysis may be conducted in aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized form. You acknowledge that the development of Behavioral Data Products is a core purpose of the Signal Platform.

8.3 Data Sharing

Redrob may share aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized data derived from Usage Data with third parties, including financial institutions, research organizations, and business partners. Redrob will not share your individually identifiable Personal Data with third parties for their independent use without your separate, explicit consent, except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Regulatory Compliance

9.1 PROGA Compliance

Redrob Signal is designed and operated in compliance with PROGA and any rules made thereunder. The free-to-play prediction game on Signal qualifies as an "online social game" under PROGA. If Redrob introduces Paid Services within Signal, such services shall be structured to comply with PROGA and all applicable laws. Redrob shall comply with all registration, content, age-appropriateness, and other requirements applicable to online social games as specified by the Central Government or the National Online Gaming Commission. For the avoidance of doubt, the deduction of TDS under Section 4.8, and the charging of the Service Fee under Section 4.7, are undertaken solely as tax compliance and commercial pricing measures respectively, and do not affect or alter Signal’s classification as an online social game under PROGA.

9.2 Tax Compliance

Redrob shall comply with applicable tax laws, including TDS obligations under Section 194BA of the IT Act and the rules made thereunder, and applicable goods and services tax (GST) obligations. Users are responsible for any income tax, GST, or other tax liabilities applicable to them in respect of their use of the Platform and any Cash Rewards received.

9.3 Consumer Protection

Redrob Signal complies with applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Users may file grievances through the in-app support system or by emailing support@redrob.io. Redrob shall respond to all grievances within the timeframe prescribed by applicable law.

9.4 Information Technology Act Compliance

Redrob Signal complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, as amended. Redrob maintains a Grievance Officer who may be contacted at grievance@redrob.io.

9.5 Data Protection

The collection, processing, and storage of Personal Data is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable supplemental consent forms (including the PAN Data Consent, Aadhaar Data Consent, and Account Aggregator Consent), in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Referral Program

Signal operates a referral program allowing Users to invite friends to join the Platform. The Cash Reward structure for the referral program is described in Section 4.3. Point rewards may also be granted under the referral program through an in-Platform reward box mechanic. The referral program is subject to the following common conditions:

(a) The Referred User must be a new, legitimate user who completes registration and meets all eligibility criteria.

(b) Both the Referrer and the Referred User must comply with these Signal Terms and the General Terms.

(c) Redrob reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, including the structure, amount, frequency, and milestones of any reward.

(d) Fraudulent referral activity (including the creation of duplicate or inauthentic accounts) will result in account suspension, forfeiture of all referral rewards (Point and Cash), and recovery of any Cash Rewards already paid out.

(e) All Cash Rewards under the referral program are subject to KYC, the Service Fee, and TDS as set forth in Section 4.

11. Supplemental Provisions

11.1 Relationship to General Terms

These Signal Terms are supplemental to and incorporated into the General Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Signal Terms and the General Terms with respect to Redrob Signal, these Signal Terms shall prevail.

11.2 Amendments

Redrob may amend these Signal Terms from time to time by posting the updated version within the Signal Platform or on the Redrob website, together with the effective date of the amendment. Continued use of the Signal Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Signal Terms. Material amendments affecting User economic rights (including changes to TDS rates required by law, changes to the Service Fee, or material changes to ongoing Cash Reward programs) will be communicated to Users through in-app notification or e-mail in advance, where reasonably practicable.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Signal Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.4 Survival

Sections 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, and 9 of these Signal Terms shall survive termination of your Account or these Signal Terms.
