Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, including access times, device information, and browsing details, may be collected for service improvement and analytics purposes.

Gmail Data Retention & Deletion

When you connect your Gmail account to Redrob, we access limited Gmail metadata (such as message headers, thread IDs, labels, and timestamps) solely to enable email sending, bounce detection, and reply tracking. We do not access or store the content of your Gmail messages, attachments, or drafts.

Data Retention

We retain Gmail metadata only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Gmail-related data is automatically deleted when you disconnect your Gmail account or delete your Redrob account, and in all cases within 30 days.

Data Deletion

Upon revoking Gmail access or closing your Redrob account, all Gmail-related data stored in our systems is permanently deleted within 30 days. Users can also request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@redrob.io

User Control

You may revoke Redrob’s access to your Gmail account at any time through your Google Account settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Once revoked, Redrob cannot access your Gmail data and all previously stored Gmail metadata will be deleted as described above.

Compliance

Redrob’s use of Gmail API data fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. We may share your information with third-party service providers for the purpose of providing our service, and where required by law.

Data Security

We implement reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your Rights

GDPR Rights: For residents of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or transfer your personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing.

CCPA Rights: California residents have the right to access and request deletion of their personal data, and to opt-out of the sale of their personal information.
