102 PEOPLE · THREE ENTITIES

Eight years in India, and the same five people at the top of it.

Redrob is built by 102 people across three entities, 79% of them in India. We bootstrapped here for six years before taking outside capital, and we are three years into the venture journey.

WHAT WE ARE BUILDING

India will have a front page. We are building it.

Every internet era hands its value to whoever owns the first screen. India has a champion in every vertical and nothing sitting above them. An agent is the first thing that can take that seat—and work is where we began, because it is the hardest place to prove an agent is worth trusting with the rest of the day.

Why India, and why this shape.

Three facts decided how this company is built. None of them is about the model.

01

The first screen is unclaimed.

The layer that reads a stated intent and assembles the services behind it has been empty for twenty years.

02

Cost is an engineering problem.

What it costs to answer a question is an engineering decision—and one we have spent three years solving.

03

The rails are already public.

Identity, payments, commerce and academic records are national infrastructure. We build the interface that sits above them.

The company, in figures.

Everything below is recorded rather than projected. Nothing on this page is a forecast.

HOW IT WAS BUILT

Three moments, eight years end to end.

2018

Founded

The employer-of-record business was built on customer revenue, with no institutional capital behind it.

2023

The agent

Korean institutional investors came in and we built the hiring agent on top of the supply we already owned. Job Search and Skill Tests launched the same year.

2026

The surfaces

Four more surfaces shipped, our model stack reached third worldwide among open-source models, and we raised our Series A2.

Leadership.

The same five people have run this company for eight years, through the collapse of the outsourcing model and the boom that replaced it.

Between two governments.

The Korea-India corridor is not a market we entered. It is the one we were asked to speak for.

01

The 2026 state summit

Redrob was chosen to present the talent agenda at the state summit between President Lee Jae Myung and Prime Minister Modi. When two governments needed someone to speak for this corridor, they picked us.

02

Research paid for by grant

$2.1M of Korean government research funding paid for the model stack, won across four competitive programmes rather than raised, Scale-up TIPS among them. Research runs jointly with Seoul National University and Yonsei.

03

A seat at the table

A Minister of Science and ICT commendation, and a standing place on Ministry of SMEs and Startups delegations to India, including the hiring session we ran at IIT Delhi.
