Redrob Mail is live

Redrob Mail is now live at mail.redrob.ai.

Mail puts email, calendar, CRM and e-signature in one place, and points the agent at the part of the job that is really just typing. It is the sixth surface on the Redrob stack and the first one built for a team rather than a person.

The thing it fixes

Every sales team in the world runs the same four tools, and the work of keeping them in agreement with each other is done by a human being, badly, on a Friday.

The inbox knows what was promised. The calendar knows when. The CRM is supposed to know both and knows neither, because somebody has to type it in. By the time the contract is drafted, the thread that produced it is three systems away.

Mail collapses that into one object. The thread, the meeting, the account record and the document are the same thing seen from different angles, which is the only arrangement in which an agent can answer a question about an account without being briefed first.

What ships

Outreach that finishes. Write the first message and Mail runs the sequence behind it, in the language the recipient wrote in. Follow-ups are drafted against what the thread actually said, not against a template that was true in January.

A CRM that fills itself. Contacts, companies and commitments are read out of the conversation rather than typed into a form afterwards. Nobody has to remember to log anything.

Contracts in the same window. Offer letters, statements of work and vendor agreements are drafted from the thread that produced them, then sent for signature without leaving the message.

Why it was cheap for us to build

Mail is not a new company. It is the same agent, the same models and the same cost base as every other Redrob surface, pointed at a different job.

That is the whole argument for building the stack ourselves. Adding a surface adds no inference cost, which is why the newest surfaces are the most efficient ones we run rather than the most expensive.

Mail is available to any Redrob account. It needs no separate subscription and no separate login.
