Redrob Luma is now live at luma.redrob.ai.
Luma reads a birth chart fresh every day, in the language the reader thinks in. It is the fifth surface on the Redrob stack and, like Signal before it, it exists to answer a question about the company rather than about astrology.
The question
Signal asked whether people would come back to the agent on a day when nothing about their career was at stake. It got an answer.
Luma asks the harder one. Will an Indian consumer pay for something, in cash, when nobody is subsidising it and no employer is standing behind the invoice.
That question sits underneath the entire business. Consumer software in India is famous for audiences that do not convert, and the usual response is to assume they never will and go looking for advertisers instead. We wanted to know rather than assume, and we wanted to know within ninety days.
Why career astrology
Because it is the one consumer category in India where the reading and the résumé point at the same person.
Someone asking what this year holds for their career is asking a question Redrob already has the context to answer well. The chart is the frame; the agent knows the industry, the market and the person's own history with it. The two halves are not as far apart as they look from outside.
It is also, bluntly, a category where people already pay. We did not have to teach anyone that this was something worth money.
What ships
A fresh reading, daily. Not a monthly horoscope reprinted twelve ways. The chart is read against the day, and the reading changes because the day does.
Career-aware. Luma has the same context as the rest of your Redrob account, so a reading about work is about your work.
Twelve Indian languages. Including code-mixed input, like every other surface.
Luma is available to anyone with a Redrob account.
