("Redrob", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using any Redrob platform, application, or service, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. Certain Redrob products and services are governed by additional, product-specific terms and conditions ("Supplemental Terms"), which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any Supplemental Terms, the Supplemental Terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant product or service.

Welcome to Redrob.io, a software as a service platform owned and operated by McKinley Rice, Inc., a company incorporated under the laws of Delaware ("Company"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
Redrob.io is a global people search engine offering a diverse range of services including B2B sales lead generation, talent search, online skill assessments, and employer of record services. Our platform is designed to cater to various professional needs, offering solutions that extend but are not limited to the aforementioned services.
3. User Registration and Account
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Licensing and Use of the Service
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Any resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or use of such data for purposes outside of native in-house operations is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Redrob and subject to a separate pricing agreement.
10. GDPR Compliance
Redrob is committed to privacy and data protection. We only partner with data vendors and sources that are 100% GDPR compliant, and all data processing activities adhere to applicable data protection laws and standards.
11. Credit Utilization
Redrob reserves the right to define, limit, and enforce the terms of credit utilization. The Company may modify credit usage policies, daily or weekly caps, and redemption value at its sole discretion, as part of its fair usage framework or to ensure platform stability.
12. Product Utilisation
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality (Function or Credit) of the Service at its discretion, with or without prior notice, to maintain performance, security, or alignment with strategic goals.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and the Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including without limitation, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
16. Unified Account & Cross-Product Access
By creating an account or signing in to any product within the Redrob suite (collectively, "Redrob Products"), you acknowledge and agree that your credentials and sign-in session grant access to all current and future Redrob Products, that your use of each such product is governed by its applicable product-specific terms which you accept upon first access, that your account information may be shared across Redrob Products to enable a seamless unified experience, and that a violation of the terms of any Redrob Product may result in suspension or termination of your access to all Redrob Products.
